2 14oz Can Coconut Milk

1.5 Tablespoon Curry Paste

1 Green Papaya

10 Chaya Leaves



1 tsp salt


Green papaya is great as a cooked vegetable. Cut it in half and scoop out the seeds and scrape the inside seed area to remove any hard skin using a spoon. Then use a peeler and peel off the outside skin. Then cut into bite sized cubes. Cut the rest of your veggies into bite sized pieces as well.
